Here are some answers to questions we frequently receive which should help you in your decision.

Q. I want a table but I'm not sure what I'd like.
Can you help me on this?

A. Sure! One thing you need to ask yourself is do you want a table just to play on, or do you want a piece of furniture? If you're looking for something to play on, then you may wish to look at one of our new entry-level tables, or ask about any quality used tables we may have at the moment.

However, if you're looking for a really beautiful piece of furniture which will last for many generations to come, then our staff can assist you in selecting a table to fit your particular tastes.

Q. What comes with a table?

A. Our tables include everything you'll need to play! You get:
  • Delivery and installation
  • Set of Belgian balls
  • (4) cue sticks
  • Triangle
  • Chalk
  • Dust cover

All of our tables are made with slate - a very heavy rock that makes for excellent play. Also, keep in mind new tables have their own options to suit your particular tastes, such as felt color and wood finish. We try to match your style and taste with price as much as possible.

Q. I know what table I want,
but how much room will I need to have?

A. Just check our Room Dimension Chart to find out. Just remember you can probably get the table you want even if your room dimensions fall a little short. If you are still not sure, just call us at (800) 526-1300.

Q. I found the table I like.
Now, how much does it cost?

A. Since each table has its own variants, we have not generically priced the tables here on our website. We ask you please contact us for pricing information. When you do, please have the following information:
  • Model and manufacturer of the table (ex. Vitalie Lord Nelson)
  • Size desired (ex. 8ft/4x8 [44x88 on Room Dimension Chart])
  • Felt color desired
  • Wood and wood finish, or other materials to be used
  • Any other special touches you'd like!

Q. I have a table, but it's in need of some repairs.
Do you do that?

A. Absolutely! Our craftsmen work in the old world tradition, doing anything from refelting a table, replacing cushions, leveling, and of course restoration! Call us, and we will quote you on a price for whatever your table may need.

Also, we have over 80 years of experience in refurbishing antique tables. When you call, please have an idea of what it is exactly you would like to have repaired.

Q. We're moving soon and we need someone
to move our table for us. Do you do that?

A. Of course! Just contact us, and we would be happy to quote you a price.

Please have the following details ready when calling:

  • What size is your table?
  • How many slates are included? (the flats of rock underneath the felt)
  • Where are we moving the table? From one room or floor to another, or from location to location?
Our staff is exceedingly careful when it comes to any project. You can be rest assured no damage will occur to your table or home.
